Chocolate Bread Pudding
Butter croissants and sweet and sour chocolate are cooked together in a juicy and hot mixture that no one can resist. If your croissants are bland or the remnants of the next day, so much the better, it does not matter for this decadent dessert. Cut the croissants, sprinkle with a mixture of egg yolk, milk, cream and sugar and bake with the chocolate in a bowl until firm. It is an incredibly rich pleasure that completes the holidays. You can also serve this bread pudding at room temperature, making it a delicious addition to a party brunch.
