Toast, once reserved for breakfast, is one of the tastiest beginnings of appetizer or side dish. Dotted with ricotta, white bean pudding or hummus, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper, the success is 5 minutes. We went one step further and covered thick slices of wholemeal bread with yogurt, pickled turnips and crispy radishes to make a revolutionary dish that you will always prepare. To strengthen the yoghurt, we added some prepared horseradish which gives it a peppery bite. Beets cooked under vacuum mean that this recipe will be reunited in just 20 minutes.
