Crème Brûlée Cake
INGREDIENTS
Kitchen spray for bread.
Multipurpose flour for bread.
1 box of vanilla cake mix plus ingredients in the box
Instant mix of vanilla pudding from 2 boxes
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1 c. thick cream
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
1/2 c. granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 ° C and grease a 9 “x 13” cake pan.
Prepare the vanilla cake mixture according to the instructions on the box. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake until a center-inserted toothpick comes out clean for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before working out.
Cover it up: Combine the pudding mixture, milk, thick cream and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat until the mixture begins to thicken. Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled cake and chill for at least 1 hour up to 4 hours until ready.
Kettle for roasting. Sprinkle the sugar as evenly as possible on the surface of the pudding layer. Fry the cake until the sugar browns for about 2 minutes. (Look closely as this can happen quickly!) Serve immediately.
