Valentine’s Day Specially Designed 36 Cakes And Cupcakes
1 box of brownie mix (in addition to the package ingredients)
1 1/2 records of dough purchased in the biscuit shop
1 1/2 c. Half sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. hot, heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 350º and lay out a 12 cup muffin dish with cupcake baking sheets.
Prepare the dough for the brownie according to the box instructions. Add an Oreo in each cupcake liner. Cover with a cookie dough and another Oreo.
Pour over the brownie dough until it is almost full and completely cover the top of Oreo.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownie cup comes out almost clean for 20 to 22 minutes.
Allow to cool, then make ganache: add pieces of chocolate in a small, heat-resistant bowl. Pour in the thick and hot cream and let stand for 3 minutes, beat smoothly and get no lumps.
Place a ganache spoon on each cupcake and serve it.
