Roast Beef With Slow Cooked
Roast beef is no simpler than that. You only need four main ingredients and your oven does all the work. In fact, you only need one knife if you want to prune the roast. The four components of beef, grape tomatoes, garlic cloves and thyme sprigs are roasted in a pot for about an hour to obtain moderately rare meat, and you’re done. As you cook, you have plenty of time to work by your side and put together the rest of the meal. When the beef is cooked to your liking, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it to keep it juicy.
